Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Introduction
At No Limits Cycling, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from our online store. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines our commitment to providing you with a transparent and customer-friendly process for returns and refunds.
2. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to info@nolimitscycling.com).
3. Returns Process
3.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
3.2 Non-returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for a return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged not due to our error
3.3 Time Frame
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item to us within 14 days from the date you notify us.
3.4 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3.5 Proof of Postage
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning items. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us. No Limits Cycling is not liable for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
4.1 Inspection of Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 Processing Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
4.3 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nolimitscycling.com.
4.4 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@nolimitscycling.com and send your item to the return address provided.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
